Terms of Service
By purchasing a reptile/frog from Mamas got geckos or Strange Exotics, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions listed below.
Payment
Etransfer are preferred, and can be sent to:
Frogs/geckos can be put on HOLD for 50% of the purchase price and is non-refundable or transferable to another animal. The remaining 50% must be paid in full within 30 days of when the deposit was placed. Payment plans can be arranged on a case by case basis to be decided between me and the customer. All frogs/geckos must be paid in full before they are shipped or picked up.
Shipping fees are always at an additional cost and paid for by the buyer (Shipping costs can vary) - Please note that on rare occasions a gecko will drop its tail during shipping, this is not covered as shipping can be stressful which may lead to tail loss.
Should anything happen to your new animal please contact us immediately, all of our animals are guaranteed to be healthy, alert and eating at the time of leaving our hands to yours.
Geckos
If the unthinkable happens and your animal dies within the first 7 days of arrival. Photos of the deceased animal, your tank, and some information about your care will be required to rectify the problem. If it is found that there is no obvious oversight on your part, you will receive a replacement of similar value, not including the price of shipping.
Frogs
It is well known that frogs can be very delicate creatures and as such we do not offer any guarantees past live arrival.
Returns, Trades & Surrenders
All sales are final. Returns are not an option for a number of reasons, should you have personal hardships or are experiencing buyers remorse we unfortunately will not be able to trade or buy back your animal, nor can we post your animal on our site to help you sell them. We do however accept surrenders on all of our animals sold providing they are in apparent good health. You must understand that animals coming back to us have to be quarantined which eliminates our ability to re-home the animal in a timely manner.
Extra info
We do NOT guarantee sex on any of the reptiles listed on our website.
